I was exploring co-working spaces and got in touch with Ikeva. Their sales representative, Sourav, suggested a location based on my space, cost, and location preferences, though it was nearly an hour’s drive from my home. I informed him before visiting this place to explore, and he acknowledged. Upon arrival, I met a lady named Pushpa Lata at the reception, who simply said the space was 'not available' without further explanation. Sourav didn’t answer my calls despite multiple attempts, and only returned the call after I reached home, confirming that the space wasn’t available.
Unprofessional office renting space. They promise you one space and suddenly change it , location itself. We were changed from Gachibowli cynosure to pinnacle Kondapur and from their to ilabs and we end up not able to cancel as we already have paid the advance.The finance team is the worst.They can’t do simple revisal calculations.Network is too slow most of the time.Totally its a nightmare.i don’t even wish to give 1 star.
