Been using their co-working workspace since quite sometime. Except for few initial glitches and slow process while signing-up, I find it suitable as a quite and productive office location. Keep up the good work, Nitin, Taniya, Madan, and team, iKeva.

Nobody takes office process in ikeva Specs They are already totally frauds. They cannot supporting the company before payment. They cannot stand one statement after the payment. They give the statement another don’t take Ikeva office Space totally fraud.

Subscribed to their VO facility at Cessna bldg for two years though we rarely visited and worked out from there. Their front office staff are very cooperative and helpful. However their accounts and center management did not leave a professional experience. After our two year term ended and we moved on another arrangements , we had to follow up for 2 months for them to even acknowledge that they have to refund our deposit back. When they finally did, they deducted 50% from the amount - we removed this address from all our contacts and everywhere but by over sight it remained in one page. For iKeva to use this excuse to deduct our deposit, though they also know its purely oversight, is rather unprofessional. In a service industry like coworking and managed office, where competitions are mushrooming all around them, we feel these sort of hawkish accounting ( based on terms not mentioned in agreement) can be aptly described as 'penny wise and pound foolish'.

They had promised me that they will provide the NOC for Bank Account but after completing 6 moths still i didn't received. They have given false promise. so, if you must asked to mentioned the promise on agreement if you are taking the service otherwise they will never full fill their promise.

They are not true to their words. They will say that the documents can be used for registration, when it gets declined they will ask to upgrade package. and when ask for refund they deduct money and refund. They just loot you. Horrible experience. Edited for the reply posted. If it is the government why do you sell a package for saying virtual offices are available for GST and Office registration and if not successful why not provide full refund but deduct money? More the ideal is not what was expected but definitely not worthy to recommend anyone.
