Co working space with multiple storey. Caffertia does not have many vendors, they are limited and costly with no quality. They have roof top sitting as well for dining. Lifts are late. They have outlets at the ground floor like. Cafes, bars, clothing shops, etc. Top view is good, but constructions is going on besides. They have two gates exit and entry.

Extremely poor facility management. My two-wheeler was parked in an area with no visible signage, yet it was locked and marked “unauthorized.” It took nearly 40 minutes to get it unlocked, with no clear policy shown. Enforcement without proper notice is unacceptable. There are also ongoing issues with lift delays during peak hours, inconsistent AC performance, and recurring bug/pest problems, all of which affect employee comfort and productivity. Standard replies asking people to “connect over email” feel procedural when there is no visible corrective action. Companies considering this property should carefully evaluate its operational standards before implement

Welcome to M-agile (F-ragile suits better though), the dystopian nightmare disguised as an office building. If Kafka designed corporate spaces, this would be his magnum opus. Let’s start with the basics: - Elevators: A lottery of life and death. Either they’re stuck between floors, screech like a banshee, or simply skip your floor altogether. One day in, you’ll consider taking the stairs, you'd climb 18 floors and yet somehow you'll be 10 mins faster than those who take the lift. One week in, you’ll question your life choices. - Temperature Control: A miracle of imbalance. Arctic blast in one room, Saharan heat in the next. Perfect if you enjoy constantly sweating or freezing in business attire. - Pest Control: What pest control? High protein insects in the kitchen and in food. It’s an urban ecosystem. - Security: Always changing, unaware of the walkways and driveways. - Cafeteria: If hospital food and prison food had a disappointing baby, this would be it. Expensive, bland, and occasionally questionable in hygiene. - Building Management: Incompetent, rude, and perpetually “looking into it.” Any interaction feels like a hostage negotiation. - Final verdict: Avoid this building like a plague-ridden rat. If your company moves here, update your resume and start applying elsewhere immediately. If you’re the owner reading this—do better. Much, much better.

Fantastic workplaces designed for offices. Modern interior. Huge cafeteria. Indoor sports. Seven story parking. Smart algorithm elevators. Equipped with fire fighting and other safety norms. Located in Baner Pune. Tea stalls and other snacks outlets around the corner of facility. I visited this place in June 2022 for some business work. Had a fantastic experience.

1. Parking spaces for companies are very less. 2.Cafeteria is very costly as per the food quality.(Big issue for most of the people) 3. AC are not controlled properly, It looks like winter inside. 4. Lifts are not managed properly, atleast give sign on which floor right now, sometimes lift don't stop as it is full and people keep waiting there. 5. Sometimes to take coffee we have to be in queue near coffee machine. Those machine are also not work properly. Sometimes full cup it gives some time half cup.
