They are very fraud. they don't refund my cancelled units money .the project are started from 2014 and even till now 2025. they are not delivered the project kapital grand noida sector 98 in which I booked a unit nor they're refunded my money.

This is a pathetic project, which is still under construction since Aug 2014. It was only a 1-tower building, which required a simple approach to construct and deliver, which our Mr. Sikka seems not to be interested. Hence, kindly DON'T invest in this project and look for some great opportunity, which can give you good returns in future

Booked retail office space in December 2017. Assured return only for six months and then stopped for a reason that is not a valid and true reason. In December 2023 demanded fit-out money again + other arbitrary charges. No intimation so far with respect to completion certificate and occupancy certificate.
