A very, very convenient location. We had enquired for a meeting room and within 24 hrs the rooms was booked and everything was scheduled. The staff is very courteous and they made everything easy going for us so that we could focus on our work. The cafeteria staff was also very helpful and served very well. The location is very convenient for anyone coming from local train or metro. Even for vehicles it is not that difficult to reach. Parking is available. Talking about the amenities, the meeting room was exactly like any professional company would look for. This will now be our go to place every-time we need a meeting in Mumbai city. Really smartwork.

Best business spot in terms of travel, it is located next to Marol underground metro station and Ghatkopar - Versova metro .

Worst Location for Job... There is no parking area for two wheelers although it was empty sometimes but the management doesn't allow to park. There is no proper management.

Terrible Experience – Only the Location is Good The only positive thing about Smartworks - Andheri East - Marol Naka is its location, as it's close to the metro, making commuting easier. Apart from that, everything else is a nightmare. 1. Canteen Food: The food quality is below average, overpriced, and lacks hygiene. Definitely not something you'd want to eat daily. 2. Washrooms: Always dirty, poorly maintained, and often out of basic supplies like soap and tissue. Completely unacceptable for a professional workspace. 3. Management & Operations: The staff at the operations office are extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of resolving issues, they act like they're doing you a favor just by listening. Customer service is non-existent. If you're looking for a workspace with decent facilities and professional management, stay away from Smartworks. It’s not worth the hassle.

The entry and out gate are weirdly placed. You might face issues while driving. Staff is ok , washrooms are ok. Parking support staff is good. Very convenient if travelling by metro. Food I have not tasted.
