EFC Offices Trapezoid IT Park

I am extremely disappointed with the management of Trapezoid IT Park. The lifts are in very poor condition and frequently break down or malfunction, causing daily inconvenience to employees and visitors. Vehicles are often parked right in front of the tower entrance, creating obstruction and safety concerns. Unfortunately, the security staff do not take any visible action to manage this issue. The washrooms are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. Hygiene standards appear to be neglected, which creates a very unpleasant and uncomfortable environment for tenants and guests. There is a designated smoking zone on the 9th floor, but the smell of cigarette smoke spreads across the entire floor. This makes it very uncomfortable for non-smokers and indicates poor ventilation control. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, there has been no noticeable improvement. The management appears unresponsive to tenant feedback. Overall, the building’s facilities, hygiene standards, and administrative responsiveness require serious and immediate attention. I sincerely hope the management takes corrective action to improve the experience for all occupants.

Pacific company office was on the 7th floor inside of the building. Building was good and looked pretty. There are maybe 14 and 16 floors.. paid parking available outside of the building. 20 rupees per vehicle around 4 hours and 7 pm last time to close parking..

The building is very well-maintained, and the staff is very polite and extremely helpful.

Trapezoid my new office smart work I am so happy and very nice looking This is a very nice place but there is a lot of crowd for the lift So I would suggest you to take the stairs

If I suggest anything about the appearance. I have no words 🥰. But inside this place everyone is working, making meeting, enjoying their work in such good environment. It creates a positive aura and make the environment workoholic.
