We at Ziptrrip have been working out of this co-working space for the past 1.5 years, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The workspace is well-maintained, comfortable, and conducive to productivity. Common areas are always clean, and the overall ambience strikes a great balance between professional and welcoming. Internet connectivity is an improvement area which we have shared with the team here. A special mention to the management and support staff—they’re responsive, cooperative, and genuinely care about making things smooth for teams working here long-term. Good place, but fraud management. No clear person with whom you can get in touch. Fraudulent practices - especially in the name of "Restoration Charges". Totally ambiguous clause in the agreement making it looks like "Additional Restoration Cost", but makes it "mandatory" when your agreement ends. And they won't tell you this when they are selling the space to you. Somehow a 3x2 open desk counts as 35 sq.ft. and god knows how 100/- per sq.ft. is calculated for "Deep Cleaning" tue desk, because there was literally no damage to be "restored" on my desk. Urban Company cleans my bathroom of actual 35 sq.ft. in 520/-. With 4 walls, taps and shelves. And when you ask for justification of this - novody takes a call or responds to emails. A clear sign of a fraud. Just ambience doesn't make up for a bad experience.
