I recently started working from Bootstart coworking space baner pune and my experience has been fantastic. The space is well-designed, offering a perfect balance between a professional and comfortable work environment. The ambiance is modern and inspiring, with great natural lighting and ergonomic seating.

We have been using the Bootstart Coworking Space, Baner, Pune for the past 8 months, and the experience has been extremely poor. There is no proper car or bike parking facility, frequent lift breakdowns, internet issues and the air conditioning does not work properly, making it very uncomfortable to work. All available free space has been converted into office seating, resulting in an overcrowded and poorly planned workspace. Even basic pantry facilities are neglected. Overall infrastructure and facilities are poorly managed.

We have been using the Bootstart Baner co-working space for the past 9 months. Initially, it was a great experience clean environment, good facilities, and a comfortable atmosphere. But things have changed significantly in recent months. The space has become overcrowded. The recreation room was demolished and turned into additional workspace, with around 50 new members added. This has led to several ongoing issues: No proper parking available most of the time. Lift wait times in the morning are at least 10 minutes due to overcrowding. Very poor housekeeping pantry and toilets often lack basic items like tissues. Many rooms have no control over the AC sometimes it's freezing cold, other times it's hot and stuffy, making it very unpleasant to work. Very slow internet even basic Teams or Zoom calls become difficult and unreliable Overall, the facilities haven’t scaled with the number of users, and it is affecting the work environment. Recommendation: Before committing to a space here, take a trial for at least a week to see if the current setup suits your working style.
