In love with the vibe and amenities as its located in kormangala pretty easy to commute and as I have craze for pool I would love to get day pass and play all day if it's available

Firstly, they have a pathetic app which doesn't work properly at all. Secondly, they have an even worse customer support/service. The worst experience was this: I was using the app to do the booking on Sunday evening for next day. The default selected date was "Today" instead of "Tomorrow" which is extremely stupid for App to do that. This made me book the place for Sunday instead of next day(Monday). Better user experience would be to not have date auto selected at all so that customers would never make this mistake. I came Monday morning and realised this had happened. I requested them to change the booking date / refund for the previous day since I never used it. They refused to do it and made me book the place again for my entire team. I couldn't make my team wait so I had to do it. It's horrible for the company to have no respect for their customers.

They are providing very good facilities. Neat and clean. Games area for some relaxation. Everything is fine.
