After a long time of tolerating daily issues, I’m finally posting this review. My company operates from Orbit by Auro Reality, and working from this building has been a consistently frustrating experience. The elevator system is a complete failure. There is no transparency on lift movement, and waiting 10–15 minutes for a lift has become routine, even when there are very few people around. Morning hours are chaotic, lunch hours are worse, and because of this poor management, I regularly get delayed for meetings. For a building with around 20 lifts, the efficiency is shockingly bad. The parking situation is equally disastrous. This is a 25-floor building, and with roughly 500 employees per floor, even if only 30–40% commute by bike, the parking capacity is still nowhere close to sufficient — despite having four basement levels. The parking layout is badly designed, with incorrect markings that make many spaces unusable. Every day, 20–30 minutes are wasted just searching for parking. Instead of fixing this mess, the management has plastered the area with threats of ₹300–₹1000 fines for parking mistakes, turning parking into a daily headache. To top it off, the cafeteria is overpriced and underwhelming. The food quality does not match the pricing, and for a commercial complex of this size, the options are disappointing at best. Overall, Orbit by Auro Reality suffers from serious planning and management failures. Basic necessities like lifts, parking, and food are handled poorly. For a premium commercial building, this level of inconvenience is completely unacceptable.

Nice architectural design. Housing so many offices with cutting edge technology for security. You need a pre appointment which will be authorised through a qr code, without which you can't even enter the building. Well maintained by authorities.

Isprout in Orbit is really setting new standards – not in work culture, but in how not to maintain basic hygiene. The washrooms are a perfect example of innovation gone wrong. Urinals here come with surprise add-ons: hair samples generously left behind and sometimes even filled to the brim with urine. Now I really wonder – is Isprout secretly running a pathology lab? Are they storing urine samples to analyze employee health trends? If yes, then wow, that’s next-level productivity research. But what’s the plan with all those hair samples that stay uncleaned for days? Maybe a DNA test project to track which genius employees are shedding in urinals? At least if that’s the case, kindly share results with us – so those guys get trained not just in corporate etiquette but also in the art of keeping a urinal hair-free. Otherwise, a simpler thought – just clean the washrooms every hour. Trust me, it works better than medical experiments.

One of the worst lift system ever seen, stuck many times in the lift. Everytime i should have to wait for minimum of 10 - 15 min if it is peak time morning, afternoon and evening time then it is even more time only god knows when it will come. You guys spending so much of money on building Can't you spend some more for the good elevators system and the logic is one of the worst logic ever seen when i want to go top it will take me to basement or somewhere else. Where all the maintenance goes 🙄 i was sure it is not utilising for the lift maintenance, right now i was stuck while coming. If you can't run elevators stop it or give it us we will write the perfect logic to work it on , we can't risk our lifes to some blind elevators logics.
