It's built on gutter u will only smell gutter on the ground floor the entry. But the space is very good inside. Their canteen is worst of all. U dnt get any good food there. Worst of worst they should change the food outlets there.

I have oder from Zomato and to collect the order on gate no.s 3 your agent sit to collect the order . But yesterday there was no agent available to collect the oder that Zomato delivery was not ready to give us order to directly to the customer . Because your agent have some QR code to complete the order. We waited for around 15 min even after food was arrived and this was 1 of the worst service which I encountered, I have question why we have 1 middle person available to collect the order if delivery can directly handover to us. Plz look into this and have some resolution on it

AP81 G+20 Tower, Commercial Building in two parts. Front occupied by Poonawala Fincorp, back occupied by Smartworks Co Working Spaces Pvt Ltd. Well decorated and huge mountainous building with adequate parking spaces.

I am Working in this building from last 4 years. Wort management worst office location. In rainy season, you get lot of traffic. Trafic issue is usual in this area but in rainy season there is situation like a flood

Smartwork good space for offices area is very wide or everything here game zone, office zone , cafeteria,snooze room ,collebration zone , meeting hall, Reception, nice place Google Zomato all big companies offices here everything is awesome feeling for office employees..safety good ..
