This is a business hub building located with well connectivity. Building have ample space for parking at ground floor as well as have 2 floor basement parking and security staff also help in organized parking. This place have 24/7 water supply, and cleaning staff maintain cleanses twice in a day. Stairs are extra wide, and two lifts are operated by lift men.

It is a good place to work in some of its office but it has also a different page. For cleaning 2.5/5 - I didn't like the stairs, elevator and entrance. For elevator 1/5 there are 2 lifts but you will always have to waste 10 15 mins and usually I just take stair to go on fifth floor.

The building has parking problems. Guards are there but no actions are taken by them, lifts are there but you need to wait because at a time only five or six can only allow plus one lift is for even floors and one is for odd so that is also crowded. The behavior of peons, guards, liftman and cleaners are too rude.

Everyone said nice place commercial places and best commercial complex for business but i am still working under this complex in second floor office and i am to disappointed because complex staff don't have manners how to talk with office staff or visitors because date 08-16-2019 (5:45pm) i am injured on left leg and lift man (Uncle) said don't come again in this lift, so my question to Owner if this lift is not use by injured person or staff then why you provide this type of service ?

Excellent building and superb parking facility. Separate lift service for separate floors . Had gone to Rajyasj office for some work. Well maintained office and building. Keep it up.
