WeWork Atrium Place

I am a regular user of WeWork day passes, and my experience has consistently been great across other centers, including two Horizon Centre, DLF Forum, and Building 6. Unfortunately, my first visit to Atrium Place turned out to be the most negative WeWork experience I've had so far. The experience started with confusion at the entrance. There was no reception staff available, and all guidance was being provided by the security personnel, Mr. Ma**h. During a single interaction, I was told that day passes were not accepted, then that they were temporarily allowed, and finally that I could sit in the silent area. The instructions kept changing, leaving me completely confused about the actual policy. What was most surprising was that the center didn't even feel like a typical WeWork experience. One of WeWork's biggest strengths is consistency across locations, but that was completely missing here. Whenever I visit a new WeWork center, there is usually a simple walkthrough explaining the layout and seating areas, amenities, and any center-specific rules. That basic courtesy was completely missing here. I was left to figure things all by myself. To make matters worse, I raised a support ticket regarding the experience. Nobody reached out, nobody responded, and the ticket was eventually closed without any reply. I have attached the screenshot wiht this review. I have never faced anything similar at any other WeWork location. Based on this experience, WeWork Atrium Place feels like a complete exception to the otherwise high standards that WeWork usually maintains.

The location and ambience is so amazing. The space is well maintained and everything is working so well.

This workspace has been newly opened and already stands out as a great place to work. The facilities are excellent, everything is well-maintained, and the washrooms are clean and hygienic. The AC is working perfectly, making the environment comfortable throughout the day. Power backup is reliable, and the place is equipped with all the essential amenities you’d need. Overall, it’s a truly great and convenient workspace.
