Materials entering ok, but out time too much permissions required. Minimal public crowd can be seen. Neat ambience and good quality capacity of parking. You may feel Fresh and sensible air during evenings. Security levels found descent That was amazing working in Avance business hub. Providing free shuttle service from Legato(last building in sez) to main gate 24/7 full security and even they won’t allow you to do park your vehicle on avance road. Maintaining a good service road by doing regular cleaning etc. Happy to work in avance

Worst tech park. Congested buildings. No greenery. Lot of speed beakers your back will go on 6 months. No separate smoking zones.

Good work place ......cons - Need to plant more trees ..........pro - This park uses electric vehicles as internal shuttle ... ......That's good initiative .... Water heaters should be installed for hot water during winter ...... Parking availability boards should be maintained properly ............. Other than these cons its a good place to work hosting more number of companies .......... It's near to madhapur, ayyappa society and most resedential areas
