Tata Intellion, Ghansoli – Highly Disappointing Experience. I would strongly advise against this facility, especially for pregnant women and families requiring basic consideration. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and cooperation. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to allow a car inside even for a few minutes to pick up my pregnant wife. This rigid and insensitive approach is unacceptable, particularly in situations involving health and safety. Basic human understanding and support should not be too much to expect in such circumstances. This experience reflects very poorly on the management and their policies. I hope the concerned authorities take note and implement more humane and practical guidelines going forward.
