Incuspaze Oberon Mall

I had my office in Incuspaze for 3 years. I had a cabin (3 seats). It is quite spacious and quiet. Helps me to do deep work. It is conveniently located inside Oberon Mall, and is open 9am to 9pm Mon to Sat. The support staff is excellent. They keep the place clean, there is a pantry room, cold and hot water available for drinking. Housekeeping vacuums the carpet, cleans the desk and empties the dust bin everyday evening. Overall gives me a feeling of working inside a major IT company infrastructure. The Wi-Fi connection is good, never failed or slow till date. Good air conditioning as well.

I contacted the team to inquire about workspace options and requested a special rate. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer executive, Mr. Parminder, was disappointing. His communication was not polite or professional, and there was little effort to understand my requirements or close the deal. As a potential customer, I expected better customer service and a more supportive approach. I hope the management will look into this and improve their client interaction in the future.

An excellent co-working space in Kochi and that too inside a shopping mall. Oberon is a great location in Kochi and Incuspaze is in the third floor. Anyone who wants to have meetings for a day can just reach out to them. Amazing setup. Their workstations are good and convenient with proper common amenities.

Had a wonderful experience from the Incuspaze management in Kochi. The center Manager Reshmi was so helpful and friendly. She spent time to explain the facilities they have. Our visit was during Covid time and should appreciate the effort they do for sanitization every hour and keep the premises clean like new all time. Thanks for the hospitality.
