Awfis Coworking-TVH Agnitio Park

If you are going to rent an office space in Awfis, Perungudi, then you should be comfortable with leaky ACs, unclean restrooms, and a system that simply does not work well. We rented 4 rooms for our company at Awfis. And over the past few months, we’ve had a bad experience working out of here. Despite the continuous complaints and Awfis’s band-aid solutions, things don’t seem to work. 1. Leaky ACs. Awfis does a poor job of servicing or repairing things. They invest in cheap labour that the same AC will keep leaking every week despite being serviced. Video attached for proof. 2. Unclean restrooms. The housekeeping staff do not maintain a regular schedule of stocking tissues. They do it when they want. Secondly, people working there needed to be educated on how to keep the restrooms dry. No steps have been taken for both the problems. Nobody cares in the facility management. 3. We have found a dead rat inside our office room. We have found dustbins not emptied. We have paid money to rent this place. But the staff will treat you as if you are renting the place for free. That’s the attitude when you complain to them about an issue. I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt before I post a negative experience. My team and I have had a bad experience renting our workspace at Awfis for the past couple of months. So if you care for your employees and don’t want them working out of a place like this, then choose wisely. Not like us.

Clear example of how a co-working space in such a prime location should not be! The reception does not have knowledgeable people and their booking system is totally messed up. They make you wait for quite some time before anyone can get in touch with you. There is no executive to assist you and yhey do not even have a phone number that you can contact. The number that they have given on the website is chargeable at 2.5 paise per second, and it is the abyss of customer service standards. The place is infested with mosquitoes and if you have even the slightest idea of being productive in a coworking space, I would definitely not recommend coming here.

When compared to others office space this one is good in price and with atmosphere.

They are not professional in their dealings. Had seen a 4 seater cabin behind Skoda showroom confirmed it the rates and dedicated car parking and bike parking with their executive Shivani also went ahead in document preparation. Was waiting for a good day to sign ie by tomorrow and transfer the money but received a mail that they have given the space to someone else. Atleast have the basic decency to call and ask the client who had confirmed or also could have asked for a token advance to know our commitment, we would have given!!. This is not the way real professionals conduct themselves! and it's a clear disrespect to the time efforts put in by myself and my partner!
