It’s the flagship office space for AIHP. Offices are decent and fairly maintained. But it lacks many important aspects. There is not enough parking space within the premises. Vehicles are stacked one behind the other and in case of emergency it can take multiple minutes to take out your vehicle. God knows what will happen if fire vehicles are required to reach office in case of emergency. Basement parking is always a mess with more than half inch dust.

Pathetic parking service provider. No manners to talk and communicate with guests. Poor behaviour of parking / security staff (Govind Sharma). Far below expectation. Not even basics are taught

I Must say this building will amaze you when you enter the mail lobby, very esthetic, clean, very vibrant, with all glass elevator, Mind it there is no vistor Parking, So use CAB, I would suggest for meetings
