The Brigade World Trade Centre. The entire building is exceptionally well-maintained, showcasing a high standard of cleanliness and neatness throughout. A special mention must go to the landscaping—the gardening and green spaces are simply wonderful and add a beautiful, refreshing touch to the campus. Hats off to the Brigade facility team for their outstanding work and dedication to keeping this place in pristine,

The place has two wings and 10 floors, with a food court on the terrace. However, parking is a major issue and needs significant improvement. Additionally, if there’s heavy rain, the food court access gets completely flooded.

WTC is an exceptional IT park that lives up to international standards. The twin towers block A and B, located in the heart of Infopark Phase I, provide top-notch Grade A office spaces . The facilities here are impressive, featuring a spacious double-height reception lobby, seminar halls, office spaces, lifts. The cafeteria, managed by Paragon, adds a convenient and high-quality dining option for employees. Parking is hassle-free, with ample space. However peak days like Wednesday Thursday parking might be full if you enter the office after 10. The addition of boom barriers ensures security and smooth management of vehicles. The six high-speed elevators, destination-controlled elevators make movement within the building efficient, minimizing wait times. Although it’s quiet useful during peak time wait time is quiet burdensome it would have been a great if there is an open stairs for the employees to climb the food court. The presence of renowned companies like UST, KPMG and IBM further cements its reputation as a business hub.

WTC is an older building that houses many companies. The main issue I experienced is the limited tea and snack options—there is only one Paragon outlet on the rooftop, which often leads to long queues and delays, especially during peak hours. Apart from that, the building management, security, and overall facilities are satisfactory.
