For startups and small firms that are considering this premise, please do your due diligence before deciding. Management doesn't reply to any of the issues you bring up. Most of the firms that are working in SM towers are facing huge parking problems. They have provided an outer space that practically is not feasible for corporates. So unless you plan on commuting by walk to office, don't consider this premise.

In my previous comment yes I missed few content about the team's, might be like story Summon, the first one who i met in Workez and the kind always ease to interact, communicate and etc.. then about VC , am sure my word ll be exhaust if i start about him & In first i would mention his caring approach and it will relate with me in personally besides proved as well his professionalism & the way i see he also the reason the team always in grooming and yeah still its NOT WAS and the picture of the place is very very emotionally connected with me of course i would say its very very , yes miss you man! Okay i'd stop about him then about Mohammed, Senthil, Jag, Pavithran, Mari ,Antony the all and sundry showing their excellence , united - yes touch wood And the security anna (Ramesh) deserving the highest esteem Keep going TEAM

Old building but has to 2 vendors on managed workspace. Trying to do the best in developing but roads not good very congested area. Rainy seasons are very horrible as the road will be flooded in front of the building
