I have been a part of Workbox for the last 1.5 years, and honestly, it has been an integral part of my growth. The environment here is very supportive, and whenever I’ve needed help in any way, the team has always been there to go out of the way and provide their support. The place is beautifully maintained, and you can see the effort in every detail. From the pantry boys to the cleaning staff to the coordinators; everyone does their job with respect and a positive attitude, which makes a big difference in daily work life. A special mention for Kiran because she has not only managed the entire floor efficiently but has also ensured each of her clients feels comfortable, heard and well taken care of. I really enjoy working from here and would definitely like to continue being a part of Workbox for more time to come. I would happily recommend Workbox to anyone looking for a co-working space that is supportive, well managed, and genuinely makes you feel like home.

Workbox turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. At first, I thought this was a good and professional place, but slowly it became very clear that they don’t treat clients equally. The way their staff behave depends completely on how much you are billed. If you are a high-billing client, you get smiles, greetings, respect, and quick responses. Your demands are treated like a priority. But if you are a smaller team, a freelancer, or an individual with modest billing, then be prepared for a completely different treatment. No greetings, no priority, no value. You ask something – they don’t listen. You put in a request – they don’t bother to respond. You wait for an update – no one comes back. In short, your needs are simply not important to them. The sad part is, this doesn’t look like random staff negligence. It feels more like an attitude encouraged from the top. The entire culture here is built around the idea that money decides how much respect or service a client deserves. That is not only unprofessional but completely shameful in today’s world. Workbox may try to project a polished image of professionalism, but behind the scenes, their true face shows – they believe in treating people unequally. Such thinking reflects very poorly on the leadership and the values of this company. My experience here was the worst ever. If you are a big spender with high billing, maybe this place will work for you. But if you are an individual, a smaller team, or a startup, don’t expect fairness, service, or even basic courtesy. Think twice before choosing Workbox. My honest warning: this place is not worth your time, money, or energy.
