Had a very bad experience. The space allotted was changed over night. The space was cleared off debris while we occupied. The air conditioner wasn't working. Lights were gone. There were no appropriate coordination.

This is my 3rd year in this Facility. I actually want to give a 4 Star rating, but for the little more care (and concern) the management can have towards renovating the infra. The staff are the ones who make a huge difference between it the Security, Facilities Head, Housekeeping or the Sales personnel In more than one ocassion the Facilities Manager and the Sales Manager have listened to my owes and addressed them to the best that they do. A homely office space if I can say so, place that too in the heart of Chennai...

Extremely disappointing experience with Workafella. After paying an advance amount, there has been zero accountability in processing the refund. Multiple follow-ups were completely ignored. I even tried reaching out through contacts provided by their own team, only to realize follow-ups happen promptly only when it involves a new client—never when it’s about addressing an issue or returning someone’s money. This is not what I expected from a company that claims to be professional. It’s unacceptable that a brand of this scale struggles to manage something as basic as a refund. A clear case of poor ethics and customer service. Think twice before trusting them with your money.

Already we have Office with Workafella in Sholinganallur. We are Vacate on May 1St Still Now they are not Settled Advance Amount to Our Company. They are very Bad Activates For Amount Refund.

Attentive staffs, really satisfied with their service. Will recommend everyone strongly
