Vaishnavi Tech Park

Work experience with smart works Vaishnavi Tech park. They are not trustworthy and their Service is too bad. Don't go for office rent here. They are good to you till you rent an office there and their service and response after that is very bad.

As i can't able to give below 1 giving this else should have given -100 Don't take any office in this smart works Pantry: Milk won't be there Tea bags won't be there Sugar Sackets issue They mention that normal/ginger tea is not there in policy, but when they have shortage they will keep the Ginger Tea without cover in the Green Tea, so they can cheat the employees. They have kept the Ginger Tea tags in place of Green Tea. Even the green tea tags are also not exists. Now it is empty and you can also check once. The main problem is as follows: No names mentioned on top of the tags whether it is green tea or ginger tea. No expiry will be mentioned on the top of tags. Special green tea (original is ginger) which is available only in smart works

Parking is an issue, overcrowded during lunchtime. Just like most small-scale tech parks and shared working spaces.

This place is hell for employees, no proper parking, no proper drinking water, no proper walk ways, and lift mechanism is horrible, in rush hour to reach tenth floor, sometimes you need wait 15 to 20 minutes. If small companies opted for such workspace can understood as cost cutting, but to surprise even bigger ones like Samsung, Grow, and Knowledgehut putting employee safety at this workspace is not adorable.

Worst company for having an office in. Smartworks sucks. Most unfriendly employee policies Parking issues - not enough parking space Random changes in policies rude and disrespectful staff Never ever take office in any Smartworks building.
