Visited the urban ladder lower parel store to explore furniture options. The collection was impressive and the showroom was well organized. Good quality furniture with wide variety of designs. Staff was friendly and helpful in explaining product details . I Recommend urban ladder lower parel store if someone wants to buy furniture for their home.

Wonderful store located bang opposite to Phoenix Palladium mall lower parel collection were very good and the staff was commendable . Special thanks to the Store Manager Mr. Manish he was very helpful, humble and had good knowledge about the product. Would recommend if you are looking furniture for you home.

Not satisfied and very unhappy with the incompetent service from Urban Ladder. Bought a bed and sofa worth more than a lakh rupees. Both had defective parts when delivered, after delivery was delayed. The bed came with a wooden plank of the wrong size and the company said they’ll cut the plank to fit the bed frame. Replacement of the defective parts have not arrived for the past 4 days. Each employee seems to shirk the work on another and the bed has remained unattended. I’m really harassed by Urban Ladder. Read below for updated review. UPDATE An Urban Ladder employee arrived one day after this review was posted and cut the plank to fit the bed frame. However, one screw that didn’t fit the frame properly was just forced in place and left loose. The sofa part with defect was also replaced at the same time. Would also like to note that the Urban Ladder salesmen at the showroom were very helpful and always responded to calls. Although the after sales service and customer care really needs exponential improvement. I’m increasing the rating from the initial 1 star to 3 stars now, as the problem has been solved after a lot of stress.

Had a great experience at the Urban Ladder store. The collection is nice but what really made the visit special was the staff. A big shoutout to Mr. Manish Yadav he was super helpful, polite and really knew his stuff. He patiently explained everything, gave me the right suggestions and made the whole process very smooth. Honestly, customer service like this makes a huge difference. His team was also very supportive and friendly. They coordinated really well, helped me with options, and explained the delivery clearly. You can tell they work together as a team, which makes the shopping experience stress-free. Overall, really happy with the visit. If you’re planning to get furniture, do check out this store.
