Location is good but major draw back is lift during pick time only 4 lift for entire building. And one cafeteria with limited food option. Basement 2 and 3 maintenance is very worst. Meals are carrying from outside and serving here. And everything we need to book through app and most of the time app doesn't work and mobile networks is very worst inside the building. No hotels near by and we can't access karle tech park back side of the building.

Excellent option for your new/small business setups, but then to my view major drawback not much food options except for few locals running the canteen with very limited choices (precisely thali and dosa and idli sambhar). So nah not happening. Plus there’s not much around either.

Co working space. Multiple Companies stationed here. Canteen has decent but limited options.

The office is really good the views are really good and the cafeteria and the store is a big bonus

Nothing near it... Shops are a bit far away. And the food Inside are mostly not good and costly
