Nothing can be said about this project, but sewage water can be seen flowing from the manholes of this prestigious project at both the main entry points , Due to which the National Highway as well as the Municipal Road gets waterlogged, resulting in inconvenience to the people passing through these roads, especially pedestrians. It is beyond belief that this matter is not in the knowledge of the project authorities, but rather reflects their negligence towards finding a permanent solution to thier problem, due to which the common man is forced to pass through the sewerage water. It is hoped that the competent authorities will take cognizance of this matter.

The location is good, but the overall experience was quite disappointing. The stairs were very dirty and clearly not maintained properly. The washrooms were in a terrible condition — some of the doors were even broken, which was quite shocking and unhygienic. The lighting in the basement is extremely poor, making the area feel unsafe and uncomfortable. On top of that, the lifts were inoperative most of the time, causing a lot of inconvenience. Overall, the place seriously needs better maintenance and management.

All in one building having offices, retail stores & restaurants. Well maintained, neat & clean building. Lifts are super fast. Washrooms almost at every corner plus ample of parking. Just opposite of Park Plaza hotel. Watching the mountains from 13 & 14 floors gives a rare view. Housing society Grande is just walking distance. Live matches on a big TV screen at one corner ia big plus. All in one a good place to visit.

Extremely bad experience — avoid this property. The host, Sharib Parvez, behaves very unprofessionally and tries to manipulate reviews. He even makes false claims on the BnB app to get genuine reviews deleted. The place felt completely unsafe, especially for female travellers. It’s located on floor 14 , and I’d strongly advise everyone to avoid booking it.
