I regretfully have to express my extreme disappointment with the coworking space I recently joined. The lack of maintenance and upkeep in this facility is utterly appalling. It is evident that the management has neglected the space, leaving it in a deplorable condition. Firstly, the cleanliness standards are abysmal. The common areas, including the restrooms, are consistently filthy. Trash cans are overflowing, floors are grimy, and the stench is unbearable. It is clear that no effort is made to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment for the members. Moreover, the facilities are in a state of disrepair. Broken chairs, malfunctioning electrical outlets, and faulty Wi-Fi connections are just a few of the numerous issues I encountered. These problems not only hinder productivity but also create a frustrating and unprofessional atmosphere. It is astonishing that the management overlooks such basic infrastructure maintenance. The lack of attention to detail is evident throughout the coworking space. Light fixtures remain unreplaced, creating a dim and gloomy workspace. The air conditioning system is unreliable, resulting in uncomfortable working conditions. It is apparent that the management's disregard for maintaining a comfortable and conducive environment severely impacts the overall experience. Additionally, the absence of adequate security measures is concerning. Doors are frequently left unlocked, and anyone can access the premises without any monitoring or identification checks. This lack of security not only compromises the safety of personal belongings but also raises questions about the overall professionalism and commitment of the management. To make matters worse, attempts to communicate these issues to the management have been met with indifference and apathy. It is evident that they prioritize profits over the satisfaction and well-being of their members. Such an attitude is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of accountability and responsibility. In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing this coworking space due to its glaring lack of maintenance and disregard for its members' needs. The deplorable cleanliness standards, constant facility issues, and absence of security measures make it an unprofessional and unpleasant place to work. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking alternative coworking options that prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their members.

The environment of the place is pleasant. The management staff is helpful and courtesy. Good place for a start-up to begin and the rent is less as compared to other places. Centrally located place with all the necessities nearby. Overall, a very good working space.
