Good experience , i had visited for Spain visa. process was smooth and quick . BLS company 3 years back was horrible. So now its too good. No need to wait for weeks for visa appointment. Slots are easily available. I am here posting some check list of business visa. Keep up the good work. Checklist for BLS spain visa -Application Form : Take print out online after filling correctly and sign using Blue ball pen only. - Covering letter from company on company letterhead - Covering letter from the applicant.(Self) -Invitation letter from Spain : In Spanish and in English also -Travel insurance copy -Flight Travel ticket print out : Inbound and outbound - Employee address proof letter. ( Not mandatory for all ) -Hotel reservation confirmation with hotel contact number -Salary slip of past 3 months ( Make sure its recent months) -Bank statements 6 months : Sealed and signed by bank on each page ( Make sure you have statement till 1 or 2day before your appointment) - IT returns filed for the past 2 years. - PAN card copy Aadhar card copy ( Never asked , but good to have) Covid Vaccinated certificate ( Never asked , but good to have) Company registration certificate. ( Never asked , but good to have) - Passport copy first , last and all used pages ( Also previous passport First page , last page , all stamped and visa pages) - Passport current and previous passport - Photo (35mX45m white back ground 80% face) - 2 number - Print out of the appointment letter AUTHORIZATION FORM IN FAVOUR OF BLS VISA APPLICATION CENTRE. Courier and SMS request form ( Will be provided in BLS) Visa fee in CASH. ( around 13 thousand per person)
