Well maintained. They also have an app for all the companies' staff that use Smarksworks office space. They have also started full safety and healthchexk measures in their premises like disinfect tunnel etc in the wake of Covid19 pandemic.

External looking is good but interior does not have such a good ambience. Thakral, In4Velocity and Torry Harris are the firms that are running inside Golden Millenium.

Nice ambience. Management is very supportive/flexible to clients. Easily accessible staff. Cafeteria space is good Very less Parking space for 4/2 wheelers Covered parking space is very less so got to park in open space.
