I rarely take to social forums to post reviews. Our experience has made me want to share this so others do not have to experience what we have. First the good: The facilities themselves are decent. Our team had no complaints whatsoever logistically. Yes, the responses related to facilities issues (furniture, joinery etc) could be quicker but that’s not a complaint. Now the Cautionary note: please be warned to do your due diligence before you sign a contract with this branch of Regus. Please make sure you ask them on email what notices need to be given - and push to obtain replies to your queries. Make sure you understand that notices need to be done the way they cannot reject them (via their app or online portal) They will reject any verbal communications with you and simply reject your assertions about having given them notice etc. They will blatantly refute the conversations you had, and in reply will show you the Terms and conditions. They will slap penalties on you when you raise queries on their invoices. They will hold your deposit and choose to deduct from that. All the hallmarks of a landlord you wish you didn’t have. We have used Regus over the years in other countries, however this experience is enough for us to look elsewhere in the future. It has turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. Caveat Emptor UPDATE: Despite assurances on the google review, regret to advise there has been no action from REGUS, and they have proceeded to deduct the Rent and also charge a penalty. They will pass you from Pillar to Post. Our word of CAUTION stands.

Spectacularly incompetent, especially Vishnu Khanna. 0/10. My review is not for a specific business at Regus but Regus itself. Vishnu is the receptionist/community manager.
