WORST office provider They increased my rent by 100% after 6 months (contract vaguely said there will be a NOMINAL increase) & at the time of me leaving, they charged me 7000 for carpet cleaning (again, vaguely captured in the contract as a NOMINAL fees) THERE ARE RATS IN THE OFFICE. Everywhere. Everyday they roam around the office heads. The head of the department does not pick up the call to address how 100% rent i crease or 7000 for carpet cleaning is reasonable!

Fraud company sending invoices even after termination of contract. Sending legal notices to earn more money. Be very careful guys before enrolling them in their trap.

Though they provide you with a fully equipped office instantly, Charges are very high. They will charge you for everything and anything so just be careful. They provide a shared washroom, which is not in best of shape. With this much cost atleast provide a decent washroom. Save your and your clients from embarrassment by not coming here.

worst place to have your office. regus staff is the worst ever. they will try to scam you. regus app showed me no extra charges but AFTER i setup my office they said i have to give security amount. then they said taking our OWN equipment will have to take THEIR permission. then they said for 2-3 days we cant give office (app said you can) i have to book it for 30 days. which i had to because this was told to us AFTER setting up the office. THEN we were told we will be given 5 days less than a month as we shifted on 6th of the month i resisted that we have taken the office for 30 days AND HAVE PAID FOR 30 DAYS still there was no answer. DONT EVER GO HERE. And today after using just for 2-3 days we never went there back i was told AFTER making the payment 10 days ago that we have not paid the payment and have to repay even after showing them the bank statement and the reference number and everything from deduction to screenshots the manager there said "humare me sabki dikha rha hai bas aapki nahi dikha rha to main kya karu?". AFTER 10 F****ING DAYS OF MAKING THE PAYMENT NOT USING THE OFFICE FOR 2-3 DAYS. AND one more thing they even said to one of our vendors who came to meet us that we are small firm,the director's name and all details that i specifically told the manager NOT TO. because of that we lost a big client. worst ever experience.

Expensive. Contract terms does not have exit clause, so be careful before signing. Better options are available outside regus.
