Govt should give clarification on this projects of prestige which are built just touching the lake and middle of varthur lake Which is supposed to hold all flood waters from bellandur marathalli munnekollal whitefield aecs layout varthur etc remember the flood that havoced few years ago which is just caused by blocking raja kalve connection of bellandur and prestige or Prestige should show how they plan flood water if it comes in next 100 years

Rating is given because I found that if I reside here I will have to spend daily 2 hours on road commute. Also came to know that the prestige has used the lake bed and this construction will impact the entire ecosystem. I can't give a better rating to the builder and buyer for this project.

How is that prestige able to build or take property which no one else can take ?

Built on Varathur lake or definitely the lakebed. Not sure how they got permission to build. But the properly will be flooded or will cause massive flooding in the area. No proper access route - Built on a road which is already congested No metro connectivity - now or in near future
