I’d like to share some feedback based on my recent experiences. While the premises are spacious and could easily be repurposed as an office space, there are several areas that could benefit from improvement: 1. Washroom Freshness: The small Odonil bags currently used in the washrooms are not effective in masking unpleasant odours. A stronger and more consistent room freshener system would greatly enhance hygiene and comfort. 2. Toilet Paper Availability: There have been multiple instances in the past where toilet paper was unavailable. Ensuring regular stock and maintenance would help avoid inconvenience. 3. Handwash Taps: Several taps at the cafeteria wash basin are frequently non-functional, especially during peak lunch hours. This affects hygiene and needs urgent attention. 4. Food Pricing and Quality: The food prices are quite high, and unfortunately, the taste does not justify the cost. Additionally, charging ₹5 for an extra spoon or plate feels excessive and discouraging. I hope these points will be taken into consideration to improve the overall experience for all employees and visitors.
