My office is at this building. It has great accessibility because of the metro station. Except for the cafeteria, all the other amenities are good. In the cafeteria, they are exploiting people’s convenience — food quality and quantity are average compared to the cost. Sometimes you need to wait to get a seat for lunch. The two-wheeler parking is horrible, with a high chance of vehicle damage, whereas there is dedicated parking available for cars.

The building and location are excellent, and the interiors are stunning. However, there are major issues with the lifts, mobile network, and cafeteria crowding. The parking is also far too congested. These functional problems need to be corrected

Worst arrangement not even parking are proper and theirs lift are trash . They did not calculate anything before making lifts . No walking space no place to chill

Lot of waiting at Lifts. Very small Cafeteria for this size Building, so lot of waiting for tables. Less no. of Food Vendors, so lot of waiting there as well.
