I worked at OTS Solutions in 2023 for about 3 months, and this has been the worst experience of my 5+ years of professional life. I was terminated by Naval Madan, who simply said he “can’t afford me.” That’s how casually employees are treated here. The termination was mentally traumatic and depressing, and it seriously affected me at that time. After removing me, the company delayed my FNF for nearly 3 months. My relieving letter was sent only after weeks of constant follow-ups, which added to the stress and frustration. Instead of handling exits professionally, employees are made to chase basic documents. I joined as a Senior Product Designer with the understanding that I would own the design process. In reality, my work was constantly reviewed and overridden by Sunny Gupta, a Business Analyst with around 1 year of experience, who had no real background in UI/UX. Decisions were driven more by proximity to leadership than by skill or experience. There was clear favoritism and internal politics. Aprajita Negi, a fresher designer, was repeatedly pushed ahead of me. Sunny Gupta and Aprajita Negi worked very closely, and at one point Sunny even asked her to review my work, which was extremely unprofessional for someone hired at a senior level. Many discussions happened behind my back, feedback was misrepresented, and issues were escalated selectively. Naval Madan believed one-sided narratives without ever trying to understand my perspective. While he maintains a “cool CEO” image, the reality inside the company is very different. This was not just my experience. After me, Sunny Gupta did the same thing with another designer who had 7+ years of experience. I genuinely felt bad for him, as he had a family and children to support. This shows a pattern, not a one-off incident. In fact, many employees have been fired in a similar manner under Naval Madan. At one point, I was ready to take legal action for mental harassment, but due to lack of awareness, I was forcefully asked to submit my resignation, which later worked in the company’s favor. Also, don’t blindly trust the 5-star reviews. Writing a positive review is one of the first things new employees are expected to do within months of joining, which explains the unrealistic ratings. And don’t get fooled by shiny parties or “Fun Fridays.” A broken pool table and forced celebrations add no real value when the work culture itself is toxic. The work culture is heavily driven by bootlicking, favoritism, and politics rather than professionalism, transparency, or respect for experience. If you don’t align with the right people, your position becomes unstable very quickly. I didn’t write this review for a long time because I didn’t want to waste my energy on such a toxic environment, but I feel it’s important to warn others. My advice: be extremely careful before joining OTS Solutions. There are far better companies where skills, experience, and mental peace are actually valued.

I would not recommend joining. Don’t take their word/written statement when they say they will provide you a solution because every mistake they make is a “company policy” and have no reasoning behind that policy. And somehow they expect you to know the policy (even when no one told you) like it is a universal law.
