Ofis Square Tower

I’m fairly new to Ofis Square, and the past few months have been a great experience. The space is aesthetically beautiful and creates such a positive vibe to work in every day. A special thanks to Udhav for always being there and ensuring we have the best possible experience. Truly appreciate the support and hospitality! Ps- Really love the gaming zone.

Special shout-out to Udhav Kainth and Manorama for always being approachable, responsive, and helpful, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Their support and professionalism truly make the workspace comfortable and easy to work from. Neat, clean and a lovely place to work! Supportive staff! I am my most productive self when I am working from Ofis! Keep shining team Ofis!

My experience with Ofis Square Tower has been amazing. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and the team was extremely supportive throughout. Highly recommend Ofis Square for anyone looking for a great office space with an even better team!

We used to work out of this co-working space, and while there were a few positives, the overall experience was quite mixed. Watch out for the below red flags ! 1.The sales team seriously mis-sells. Don’t go by what they promise — get everything in writing. 2.Parking is a nightmare. The paid parking is ridiculously expensive, and the limited public parking outside is often messy — surrounded by cow dung or waterlogging during rains. 3.The space has very strict working hours. In the evenings, office boys literally do rounds to shut off the ACs, even if people are still working. Coffee/Tea machines are not even available for full 9 hours. ( They start late and wind up early ) . 4.Washrooms have zero ventilation and start smelling bad post-lunch. 5. Meeting rooms are chargeable and many floors don’t even have proper meeting rooms of their own. 6.The holiday calendar is unlike anything I’ve seen — way too many off days, including random local holidays that disrupt work. Another way for them to mint money . 7.Never once saw the Director/ CEO on the floor interacting with customers. They are only seen in the large conference rooms, while founders of other spaces like WeWork or 91Springboard are known to personally connect with their members. Overall, it’s a beautiful-looking space but not the most professional or flexible setup — definitely lessons learned for us before choosing our next workspace. There are plenty of other offices available that might not be as flashy as Ofis Square, but they are more business friendly.

This place definitely not suited for anyone in the software space working with global clients. 9 days Diwali holidays. We often have ongoing development sprints and client calls across time zones, so having the office shut down completely for local Uttar Pradesh festivals was a huge disruption. We had to keep buying day passes at nearby co-working spaces just to stay on schedule. Overall, it might work for freelancers but for anyone managing software projects or global deliveries or services, it’s not a dependable long-term option. Best used only for day passes.
