Hi, I would like to share my feedback regarding the interview process for the position I recently applied for. While I respect your decision regarding the rejection, I feel it is important to highlight certain concerns about the final interview round. During the last round, the behavior of the team leads was highly unprofessional. Their tone came across as rude, and it made the interaction uncomfortable. Additionally, two team leads joined the interview using a single Google Teams ID, and they were not wearing headphones. This resulted in poor audio quality and frequent communication issues throughout the discussion. What was particularly disappointing was that the team leads focused only on aptitude questions, despite the fact that I had already successfully cleared an aptitude test consisting of 50 questions in the earlier stages of the process. Repeating the same evaluation at the final stage felt unnecessary and gave the impression that my time was not being valued. I believe a more structured, respectful, and role-relevant interview approach would greatly improve the candidate experience and reflect better on the organization. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior from the receptionist who answered my call. I contacted the company only to confirm a walk-in interview scheduled for 9th Jan, which I had clearly seen on Naukri and was later removed. Instead of doing her basic job politely, the lady was arrogant, rude, and completely unfit for a front-desk role. She abruptly cut the call and rudely said “don’t call this number again” — as if answering calls is not literally what she is paid for. This kind of attitude reflects poor company culture and zero respect for candidates. If this is how potential employees are treated even before an interview, it seriously makes one question how this company hires such unprofessional staff. Absolutely irritating and unacceptable experience. Not worth for 1 star even.

Been to this Property couple of times. Really like the building and how aesthetically they have built up. Property & sales/ marketing head were really helpful to give thorough insights of the building and the investments plan overall.

I booked 2 units and paid a refundable earnest of ₹2 lakh (₹1L per unit). After raising legal concerns, the developer initially agreed to refund but has repeatedly delayed and failed to process it. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response — they don’t answer calls, ignore messages and emails, and have now even blocked my number. What’s worse, even though the original agreement and discussions never mentioned any requirement for a “Chairman’s call” for refund approval, they suddenly introduced this condition later — completely unreasonable and unprofessional. When legal concerns were raised, instead of promptly refunding, they resorted to excuses and unnecessary delays. Extremely poor experience — buyer beware. Always double-check every document and written commitment before paying even a single rupee here. Don’t buy any unit here — they make customers go through hell just to get basic support or responses. They proudly claim to be doing ₹600 crores of business, but can’t even process a simple ₹2L refund. Always verify all documents legally before buying, or you’ll end up facing serious trouble and endless follow-ups.

I have planned to invest in Novel office space, they have provided all the legal documents promptly and they have set up multiple calls with the concerned people to clear my queries. I would like to recommend Novel for anyone planning to invest in fractional ownership
