Our experience with the internet service here has been extremely poor, bordering on unacceptable. Despite selecting a small, cost-effective office space as a startup, we're paying nearly 95 thousand for 18 seats. With this budget, we could easily secure a better, standalone office. The primary issue revolves around the internet, exacerbated by the absence of adequate IT support. Upon requesting assistance, we were informed that a permanent on-site IT person couldn't be provided and were advised to hire our own IT personnel. Whenever an IT issue arises, we're obligated to notify them first, with a standard resolution time of two hours. Just last week, we encountered a disconnection during a crucial client call, prompting the client to escalate the matter. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident; it has occurred multiple times with no satisfactory resolution. Consequently, I've made the decision to vacate this office by the end of the month. My recommendation is that, as a brand affiliated with the Next 57 umbrella, at least one dedicated IT person should be provided.

Their internet is always down, they don't have any IT support in office at all, you will have to call their IT person 10 times and then IT guy will take 1 hour to reach office and check the issue, further IT guy and management will give the explanation that their resolution time is 2 hours they don't care if you're client call was disconnected due to internet...they just don't care at all.....Don't go with their their brand name at phase 9 they have no standard, I would recommend another coworking space that offer excellent delivery and client satisfaction.

Nice work environment, loved their services, very hard to find that type of places.

The office space provided is excellent. Well maintained and tidy cabins. All the facilities provided is up to the mark.
