I strongly advise businesses not to take coworking space here in Sector 15, Noida. My experience with the management, particularly Pankaj Rathi and Manoj, has been extremely disappointing. They do not return the security deposit even after multiple follow-ups. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical. When we had our office there in 2023, the facility was also poorly managed. There was no proper café or pantry area where staff could comfortably eat lunch. Employees had to eat in a very small space, and unfortunately we often noticed cockroaches in that area, which was quite unhygienic. Additionally, the internet connectivity was unreliable, which is a major problem for any working office environment. Another concerning issue is that they charge different prices to different customers without transparency. Overall, based on our experience, the management practices and facilities do not meet professional coworking standards. I would recommend businesses carefully reconsider before taking space here.
