If there was an option for half a star, I would have given that. I have never seen such poor service like Redbricks. Their staff here behaves as if they are doing us a favor by giving us space. We rented the space, but we are not allowed to have tea or coffee in the outdoor space, while their staff orders new dishes every day in front of everyone and eats there. The open space and conference room are always filled with their staff, but we have to book them a day in advance or pay to use them. We also have to take holidays according to their schedule; otherwise, we have to pay extra charges.
