Lodha Supremus is a corporate office property situated on Mahakali cave road, Andheri East. Ambience is very good, workplaces are also well planned.

Office space in MIDC area of Andheri... While the building ambience is perfect for work. The location of building is slightly in a awkward place due to proximity to slums and access road being narrow. Adequate parking is available. The place is well connected to main and arterial road. Update: access road has now been concretised and discarded furniture dumped along the footpath has been cleared up. While bikes are parked now along the footpath. The road is now cleaner and allows faster vehicle movement

The building is well built, super swanky, clean and new. However, the women’s washroom on the 5th floor, is not maintained at all. It is never cleaned properly, have to check every cubicle to see which can be used by squatting. There are no toilet rolls in the cubicles, when requested for it, we were informed that the premise will not provide with toilet paper. They use recycled water to flush, which is a good initiative for the environment, but there are no room fresheners, making the washrooms stink and unhygienic. Very disappointed with them not ensuring basic sanitation and hygiene in the women’s washrooms, a place that can breed infections and cause serious health issues. The most basic need in a public washroom is toilet paper, and a modern building not ensuring that is just beyond my scope of understanding.
