If I had the option to give just one star, I would. The electricity here is a constant problem, it fluctuates frequently, affecting basic operations. The AC systems are unreliable and often non-functional, and breakdowns are far too common. What’s worse, maintenance work seems to happen without any prior notice, leading to frustrating and unexpected downtimes. The technical staff and support team are unprofessional and unresponsive. Instead of solving issues efficiently, they either delay or dismiss valid concerns. It's shocking that such a reputed brand allows such poor standards of management and service. For a commercial space claiming to be "premium," Lodha Supremus fails miserably in delivering even the basics. I would strongly advise businesses to think twice before choosing this property.

They've got a strange rule of keeping the ACs off on Sundays, Making it extremely difficult to sit in the lobby while withstanding the heat. Upon asking, the staff says it's not allowed to switch on the ACs.
