This place looks like heaven but it is something else in reality. The entire sales team is full of lies. They entice you and corece you by putting you in a room where you are made to face three people. They pressure you to such an extent that you have to open your volet and give them the money. You feel as though you are facing ED or CBI inquiry. This is conning and the way to con is by giving you a very low price where you are made to pay or loose the deal. I was told, you will have to pay Rs 153000/- on the spot as it is the company policy on First Visit basis. When I asked to see the proof of the their Company Policy on paper, they say that is not to be disclosed as it is the Company's policy. I was told that the possession is in December, 2026, then told it in Feb, 2027. When I asked about the RERA handover date I was told it is in Middle of March which is actually 30th November, 2027. In their advertisement they say, the project is 15 minutes from Thane Railway station west which is actually 30 minutes minimum from Thane Railway station West. Also Rs 40/- is the sharing rickshaw fare which they told me is Rs 30/- These people are very big liars and cheats and buyers please beware. Kindly use extreme caution and do not pay anything whatsoever without all clarifications. They even use past records of vists to their place to create negative pressure. It is a criminal tactics performed with professional sofistacation . BEWARE!

The layout is thoughtfully planned. Door numbering is clear and systematic, which contributes to a sense of order and ease of navigation. Overall, I felt much more comfortable and impressed here. However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The lift fan is noticeably slow, which can be uncomfortable during warmer hours. Additionally, the elevator tends to open and close multiple times before proceeding to the next floor. This becomes mildly irritating over time. Despite these minor inconveniences, Lodha Signet Tower A remains a top-tier choice for commercial setups. It offers a refined atmosphere and better presentation than many nearby alternatives.

Just now observed that few retail shops are exposed to risk of catching fire at the ground floor as they have enclosed the outside portion with some mandap clothes plus electric decorative lighting. The responsible authorities should take urgent cognisance of the same to avoid any possible mishap due to short-circuit & fire crackers that might endanger the lives & damage to building & other occupants. In fact, all commercial establishments & residences across the city should take utmost care to ensure complete safety & not expose self, others & properties to any possible mishap. Lift problem lot and lot,no lift man in lift ....no fan or ac in lift.we all have to wait lot for lift .lift system absolutely worst. No speed in lift. Parking issue lot and lot. Sooo many times lift doesn't come only in parking. Sooo many times we have complaint to maintainance staff.no action against lift.
