Nice place... This place is quite pleasant! 🤩 I find it to be a nice environment overall. However, be aware that there's a 50/- parking charge 🅿️, which feels a bit steep. If you're coming here for work at iThink Park, prepare to pay that 50/- fee. 💸🤔

Today, on 21 May 2026, the security guard/watchman YOGESH YADAV threatened to beat me up. My only mistake was that I asked him for the address of Mosaic Wellness. When I asked for his name, he told me his name is Yogesh Yadav and said that “no one has the guts” to do anything to him. He also mentioned that I cannot get him removed from his job.and I would like to know when action will be taken against the security guard Yogesh Yadav. He should not have spoken to me in such a racist manner. I have also lodged a complaint regarding this on the MNS official account on X (Twitter). I would like to request the building manager to kindly speak to Mr. Yogesh Yadav and explain to him that I am just an ordinary delivery boy. If I had been a businessman, a high-profile person, or someone in a senior position, he would have lost his job for such behaviour. I tried to calmly and politely reason with him, but his actions and body language showed clear psychopathic tendencies. Having read several books on human body language and criminal psychology, I sensed very negative and dangerous energy from him. I kindly request you to take appropriate action against him. If left unchecked, this person could prove to be very dangerous for the residents and visitors of the building.

It is a very well maintained commercial Centre and has some good office spaces. Security is always good here. There is ample Car parking for owners and visitors both. It is around 5 kms away from Thane railway station and 3 mins drive from the highway. It is located right behind Viviana mall. Clean and well maintained

For those traveling from Thane railway station, autos are available and will cost around Rs. 60-70 by meter. Alternatively, you can take a shared auto and get down at the Khopat stop, from where it's a short 10-14 minute walk to the office. The shared auto fare is Rs. 15 per person. Please note that after 6 pm, finding an auto near the office can be challenging, and it's recommended to go to Viviana Mall to find alternative transportation options.
