This is the worst corporate office building I have seen. Commute - 0/5 It's not walkable from either lower parel or Mahalaxmi railway station or metro station or mono rail. Accessibility - 0/5. You have to climb a a slope almost 500 mtrs in scrotching heat or rain. There is no shade. Good if you are traving by car. Security Staff - 0/5. Their security manager Sachin is extremely rude. He does not allow people to use the entry on ground floor and forces people to climb that steel slope from ground to 2nd floor in extreme heat.

It is situated in the heart of Mumbai, offering stunning views of the western & central suburbs, mono rail, arthur road jail, sea view, sun-set, choppers passing by and many more. You can get free parking if the you have an official email invite from any offices inside Lodha Excelus. If invite is not available you can get access to BMC paid parking on the ground floor How to reach: -25 mins walking from Lower Parel or Mahalaxmi railway station -15 mins walking from Chinchpokli -You can also get sharing cab from Lower Parel (INR 10)

Great location but local taxi and auto drivers have hard time navigating to this location

Good working space connected well with public transport. The nearest stations are cotton green for harbour line, Lower Parel for western line. Has many corporates in the building including the HQ of the Lodha group and other company offices such as HOAL, HDFC life, etc. Well equipped offices, and good area near Lodha belissimo. Exactly besides apollo mill compound.
