JMD Megapolis, Gurgaon

JMD Megapolis may look like a premium commercial building, but the facilities tell a different story. For a building of this size, the lift situation is poorly managed. There are too few lifts, leading to daily delays and frustration for office workers and visitors. The service lift system is even worse. Out of two service lifts, one is usually under maintenance. This forces people to wait 10–20 minutes at times. Delivery staff are only allowed to use service lifts, making them overcrowded throughout the day. On top of that, the lifts are small and not suitable for transporting larger items. Washroom hygiene is also disappointing, as they are often found unclean. The corridors between offices are narrow and feel congested, which should have been better planned in a modern commercial complex. The building structure is decent, but the services and management fall far below expectations.

Well maintained buliding. All 12 floors are well facilitate. Cafeteria having many food stalls with optimum rates and taste.. but little issue with car parking

Difficult to find parking during the working day. Lifts are very difficult to board. Busy and crowded. No good place to dine. Small hawkers are available at the back side of building. Parking cost - slab wise rate. Full day parking rs 400. No parking charges for first 40 minutes.

Extremely disappointed with the management and security at JMD Megapolis. Today at 03:50 AM, I was denied access to a clean washroom by the security guard, Rambeer Singh. Not only was he unprofessional, but he also started shouting and misbehaving when I asked for basic hygiene. He forced me to use a filthy, unhygienic toilet on the side instead of the main facilities. This kind of aggressive behavior and lack of basic amenities is unacceptable for such a reputed complex. I have already sent a formal complaint to the management with photo evidence and requested them to check the CCTV footage of the ground floor entrance. Visitors, please beware of such staff!

Its 10-12 floors complex of offices that don't want to spend or don't have Golf Course Road/ cyber city money for rent 😂. A bit far away from metro and difficult to reach from Delhi. If you live nearby then it ia fine i guess. Sohna can be the most jam packed road of Gurgaon during morning and evening rush hours. Coming back to the complex it is very average in every sense the lifts are slow and always packed the toilets are barely clean and often dirty, the parking is always a hassle and the monthly pass is almost ₹1700. Only a few big companies have offices here most of the tenants are small time companies with 10-20 employees. Feels like a mall rather than a office. There are some small food shops at the backside with questionable hygiene. McDonald's, Sagar ratna, Subway are at a walking distance. Go for this complex only if you can't afford the more central locations in Gurgaon.
