*Read this review from their first ever customer* Urbanvault started with us as their first ever customer. Leased office space from them for over 6 years. They are absolutely unprofessional. They can turn or bring in goondas, use cuss language when they have a conflict with you (most of the times created by them, just because they don`t know how to deal with basic disagreements). They even start threatening to coerce you into doing what they want. As a startup founder, they are the kind of people you`d never never want to deal with. Of course, they will speak well and get you to speak to some of their references to show their good side. Only those who have seen their bad side can tell you whether it`s worth taking a space for them, knowing there`s at least 25% chances of a conflict during any lease tenure. They will swindle your deposit amount as much as they can. They do not honor agreements. They ensure agreements are not stamped (someone from their own team revealed that none of their agreements have stamp duty paid) so they have an upper hand in case of any conflict and they count on startups not fighting it out. That`s their modus operandi to take away your deposit amount. A friend founder told me they misused master access to office and CCTV cameras to push them out of their office while they were still holding the deposit, just because there was some sort of a conflict. Makes absolutely no sense to give them a try when there are tons of other professionally run vendors in the market. They are an absolute nightmare, and their founder's language is something you'd want to avoid dealing with as a professional.

Not at all great experience. AWFIS and TABLESPACE is far better. Toilets are not cleaned and always dirty. Top floor for lunch is always dusty and dirty. Even spoons are not cleaned properly. Even quality of table and chairs are not great, looks like secound hand they have procured. Urban vault is only giving roof. I miss my old OFFICE in AWFIS and TABLESPACE.

You guys, why don't you pay for the work you do? People come from so far away, work so hard, and you just pocket the money.
