Very badly made building complex. No one thought through about parking requirements for the building. Hard to believe that builders/architects still in this age are insensitive to a buildings requirements. Same thin goes for elevators. Not enough of them for the number of people employed in the building. Management of the building is extremely poor. One can wait for sometimes up to 40-45 mins just to get a lift. Someone should Learn from mumbai on how to mange lifts and people.. no one monitoring any kind of discipline. I dread everytime i have ti enter this building to meet a client. Highly frustrating and disappointing. Did not build a good building is one part of the problem but to ignore to service the building is an everyday choice the management continues to make.

To this date I am trying to figure out what is building is meant for and perhaps it is a rented out office space. So it will be my dream to have a office in such a lavish structure. ♿ Accessibility Features: Yes=Ramp access. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Entrance. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Restroom/Toilet. We have office here. The building is well maintained. They have food court on top. Also have solar power system for common area.
