Really Bad Architecture and Planning. Indiqube is just a Cube of Retail space and nothing much. 1. Not allowed to sit or eat in Cafeteria if you bring Home food. Have to purchase compulsorily to eat in cafeteria. 2. Dining space of not more than 10 is given for 1500 odd employees to sit & eat - Really Bad planning. Employees are eating in the Garden area outside just to have a place to sit & eat. 3. Excluding the Office space - Other services like Coffee, Drinking water, Eating space are extremely bad. No Delivery services till the reception. (Oh sorry Reception doesn't even exist) Infrastructure is way below expectations. It's competitor We Work is lot better with its infrastructure. 4. No Relationship manager from Indiqube side to even speak to. Only good thing about Indiqube Helios is that Tables are well placed. And Nothing else
