It was very impressive experience to visit the Nanded City IT Park. Well managed commercial property for IT companies. Easy to get the rented property for startups or new company in industries. Currently the more construction is going on meaning more companies can be accommodated in future . Felt very nice visiting this place .

Good IT Park in South Pune. Need improvement in the services and parking areas.

Poorly managed the security of Symphony IT Park by CBRE. Despite having so much parking space they don't have pay and park on per visit basis for the existing client. Once the allotted parking space is full, they don't allow the vehicle of the client inside the IT park premise and security guards at the entry gate ask the client to park the vehicle outside the IT Park on road. They don't care the importance of clients time. The free car parking outside IT park is 1.5 Kms. I am very much disappointed by CBRE Management here. I would have rated 0 for the CBRE Management but there is no option to rate 0 here on Google.

One of the largest IT park in South Pune. This IT park along with a very large residential real-estate of Nanded city and near by area makes it high growth area in Pune.
